UHES, LLC  and PEO SE, LLC  hereby issue this Final Notice that the PEO-SE, LLC / UHES, LLC Master Client Service Agreement will not be renewed and will expire effective December 31, 2025.

This expiration will impact the entire PEO-SE / UHES Benefits Package, including:

• BCBS Network Medical
• Principal Dental
• Vision
• Life Insurance

Please note: These plans are not eligible for COBRA or continuation coverage.

Important Next Steps:

All affected individuals are strongly encouraged to begin exploring alternative coverage options immediately, which may include enrolling in health insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace or other private plans.
